AVGDB.FDB File Size 11GB

One of my sites shows the AVGDB.FDB of being 11.5GB in size. Is this normal?
The file is located in the following folder
 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Avg2012\Admin Server Data
Any way to reduce the size of this file? How about moving the data file to a different drive?

IT shouldn't be that large.  You might want to look at the following thread on the AVG Forum:
There is a post w/steps to delete and rebuild that file.
