below is what i have for an address book database. is the below in third normal form and is it correct? thanks
People:
Personal_ID, First Name, Last Name, Suffix

Address:
Address_ID, address1, address2, city, state, country

Phone:
Phone_ID, Phone_Number

Address_Book
Address_Book_ID, Personal_ID, Address_ID, Phone_ID

3NF: Eliminate Columns Not Dependent On Key:
If attributes do not contribute to a description of the key, remove them to a separate table. All attributes must be directly dependent on the primary key.
