Windows Mobile 7.1 - Pictures with Location Information

I am writing a Windows Mobile 7.1 application part of which takes photographs and uploads them to a back-end server.  now I know that Windows Mobile  7.1 supports GPS - and that you can add data to a jpeg file.  My question is can I get the GPS location and add these as attributes to the jpeg image?

that would be a user setting for the camera. If the user allows the location to be set on the pictures, it will be embedded already when the picture is taken. No need to set it.
