I have an Extreme x350-48t switch and would like to have two separate vlans but it doesn't seem this switch does ipforwarding.  Is there any way these two vlans can talk?

VLAN 1 - - IP
VLAN 2- - IP

If the switch is not Layer 3, then you will need a router, a layer 3 switch, or a computer with 2 nics with routing capability to provide the routing between them.
