Exchange Issue SBS2003 to SBS2011 migration

I migrated my sbs2003 server to sbs2011 over the weekend.  Everything went fine.  
I tested email from 1 client and it worked perfectly.
I then had to power down all of the servers to move them into a rack.
After I powered up (sbs2003 too) everything I am not able to connect to exchange from any outlook clients
I noticed a Content Index State failure, so I deleted the catalog and the state is now crawling.
I have also disabled Oulook anywhere, since our Exchange server is not used for inbound/outbound mail.
We only use it to store mail.

I ran the  Test-OutlookConnectivity cmdlet for TCP and here is the output
