    Accepted Solution

Can you update the IE to 8? And also you have to Enable the Active X and Java Script in the browser settings (Tools-->Internet Options).
Add the BlackBerry Administration Service and the BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager websites to the Trusted Sites in the Internet Options, Security tab on the server.
    click the general tab.
click delete to delete the browser history.
log out of the BlackBerry Administration Service.
