Blackberry Enterprice Server Version:

Dear Sir,
                   i have  Blackberry Enterprice Server Version: installed on windows server 2003 r2 , when i  connect any Blackberry device with server to activate. the web browser of blackberry administration services is encountering some problems :-
1) not able to login into Blackberry administration service web browser on blackberry server itself , if i try the link on any other pc of the same network i can open it . and log in . currentl i am having internet explorer 7 on my blackberry server .
2) after attaching any Blackberry device with server to activate a users account my server recognise the device and even i can access through Desktop Manager easily , but when i try to access it through Blackberry administration service web browser , by clicking the attached devices option ( the + sign in front of Attached devices i cannot see anything there .
3) as i have installed my blackberry server on new hardware i am still having the old blackberry server installed , can i  migrate the users installed in old server to the new server ?

Can you update the IE to 8? And also you have to Enable the Active X and Java Script in the browser settings (Tools-->Internet Options).
Add the BlackBerry Administration Service and the BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager websites to the Trusted Sites in the Internet Options, Security tab on the server.
click the general tab.
click delete to delete the browser history.
log out of the BlackBerry Administration Service.
