Small form factor usb wireless adapter

Could someone who is using one of these under Linux to their satisfaction kindly tell me the following

1. The make and model number of the adapter
2. uname -r
3. The driver module being used
4. The firmware (if any) being used

Don't be put off if you don't know all the above, but the more info, the better.

uname -r:        2.6.39-gentoo-r3

Small inbuilt board:
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 413c:02b0 Dell Computer Corp.

For wifi you probably need something bigger because the antenna needs to be larger.

I'm thinking about it. I might just scrub the form factor element

noci, i'm going to reopen this question, omitting the small form factor element.

Personally i never like to leave anyone unrewarded for making helpful comments in my questions, so please repost something in the new one if you can
