Depending on what web browser you use, there are very good add-on's available.
For FireFox, there's ColorZilla.

I have FireFox. So I just add that in? How do I access it once its added?

Go to Tools > Add-Ons, search for ColorZilla, then install.
Once installed, it'll give you a button somewhere on your browser (location depends on version). You click on the ColorZilla button and it'll change your cursor to a eye-dropper. Click the eye-dropper anywhere on the webpage and it'll store the color value. Then double click the ColorZilla button to view the color information.
