Outlook 2007

In Outlook 2007 is there a method to sync personal calendar with a public (shared) calendar?
Outlook 2007 to Exchange 2003.  I am working with someone who indicated they used to be able to do this but it is no longer working. I am not sure where to look or what might be causing the problem.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thank for the replies.
@Getsum Bloodlust:   Are you saying that I need a Google Calendar sync app to make
Outlook 2007 /Exchange  Public sync with the Outlook personal calendar?
I am looking for a built in function in Outlook that I am being told used to work and is no longer working.  Does nothing like this exist?
Also @sunnyc7:  The linked you posted is not coming up when I tried it with a few different browsers, including IE.
