I am looking for a built in function in Outlook that I am being told used to work and is no longer working. &nbsp;Does nothing like this exist? &nbsp;<br />

I am looking for a built in function in Outlook that I am being told used to work and is no longer working.  Does nothing like this exist?

Outlook 2007 to Exchange 2003. &nbsp;I am working with someone who indicated they used to be able to do this but it is no longer working. I am not sure where to look or what might be causing the problem.
