Add Style Rule and Build Style dialogs, with Visual Studio Pro 2010

I am new to CSS and wonder about how the Add Style Rule and Build Style dialogs fit into the equation.

These just automate the task of creating these styles, but could give me choices which I might not otherwise know about.

Please explain these a little bit.

    You're right.  These are just ways to create styles and style attributes.  It may give you some options you may not be familiar with, but I would suggest getting some good tutorials on CSS. has some great tutorials on CSS and they will help you tremedously
