Ok, I found the issue with the menu bg image.. it looks like CSS was added to your templates index.php file, so open it and try to find this:
<style type="text/css">
.movie45 {
	width: 100%;
	height: 60px;
	background-image: url(modules/mod_super_menu/tmpl/demo/1/MenuBckrd.jpg);
	}
div.movie45 {
	width: 100%;
	height: 60px;
	border: 0px solid #000000;
}
</style>

Open in new window

And instead of using that, place this following CSS in your template.css file :)
.movie45 {
	width: 100%;
	height: 60px;
	background: url(../../../../modules/mod_super_menu/tmpl/demo/1/MenuBckrd.jpg) 0 0 no-repeat !important;
	border: none;
}

Open in new window

that will fix it!

That's great !! So, you don't see that first piece of code I pasted above in your index.php ??
based on where it is loading in the page, it could be within a module... !
