    Wow - that is some tutorial. All I can suggest in response to the original Q is that you set yourself some definite goal (specification) of some task that would be amenable to multithreading and work towards that.
    But maybe you are looking for a tutorial because you have already been set such a task?

    (short intro, it a chapter in an OO book)
