Has anypne ever performed a BIA impact analysis to the business for security issues within a microsoft network? If so what is the end result and how is it presented? For issues like 2factor authentication, encryption etc. Any template would be good, plus a list of the things you assess in your analysis - and how you present the analysis?

A Good BIA is a key component to an ITIL Framework within an organization

Having a BIA is one thing

But having an Understanding of ITIL Process, which it is a part of, can not only help you with how to perform or create one, but how to analyse, interpret, and implement anything that arises in its results.
