SBS 2008 Console is not working

I have recently taken over a site where the previous IT guys Migrated from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008.  I am trying to add a user and get error message "The Windows SBS Console is not setup correctly."  It seems as if the other wizards are also not working.  When i try and run the IAMW as i noticed this hasn't been done yet i immediately get "Windows SBS 2008 Domain Purchase and Configuration Wiza has stopped working."  I'm adding my domain manually.

When i open AD User and Computers i notice there is no MyBusiness OU, it also appears as if Sharepoint is not installed either.

Is there anyway round not having to reinstall this server from scratch?  Have included AddUser and Console logs.  Not seeing any errors in application logs or system logs when i get these popups. AddUser.txt       Console.txt

Hi Purple Tidder,

Was hoping that wasn't the only solution but in the back of my mind knew was more or less what needed to be done.

Thanks.
Not really the solutions i was looking for but guess in this case probably the best solution.
Really?  A 'C' grade just because you didn't like the answer?  That is THE answer, why would you want to leave it to chance that more could be wrong?  Sure you could patch and fix everything you come across, but how would you feel about the reliability of the server at that point?
