They're all in the same place:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
 
Root\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\add-in ID

The behavior id specifies if they're active or not:

I KNOW ITS NOT A GODO IDEA WITH MACROS BUT WE HAVE INTERWOVEN DOCUMENT MANAGMENT SYSTEM AND OUTLOOK NEEDS THAT SETTING OFF FOR THAT PLUG IN TO WORK OK...
