Migrating from Netware 5.1 to Windows Server 2008 Standard R2

I have a client that is looking at moving from Netware to Windows Server 2008.  I have searched for a migration utility and am only finding the Microsoft netware serviecs utility which requires a 2003 server be added to the network to  handle the migration and NDS Migrator from Quest which requires a certified professional services company do the migration.  Does anyone know of another utility that will migrate users, groups, data, user rights, etc?  Thanks

Quest!

Its a nightmare! Dont let them consider doing it on the cheap unless they are VERY small. I have done several, with and without quest and am currently doing a 7500 user migration with Quest & their tools. Makes life sooo much easier. Especially if doing Groupwise to Exchange at the same time.

We have recently completed a 2000 user migration from netware to a Windows 2003 domain and I Quest was a life saver.
