dns query

i have an active directory, all my computer is set to use the dns of this active directory.

when i try nslookup

api.rentsellbuy.com my dns is not able to find it

if i use the dns server of google(8.8.8.8) it works

how can i solve this

Is rentsellbuy.com also your internal domain name?

but when i type api.rentsellbuy.com my server goes to my www page

there is something to activate in apache to make vhost work

Well, I'm not apache expert, but I think you will have there httpd.conf file and there you should define server name and document root location.
