OK...I need some help!

I want to use either a Textbox, Rich Textbox, or something to print a few lines of Text and a Logo (image) at the bottom.  See attached image as an example.

I want to place some text in the box with the logo at the bottom and be able to print it.
One step at a time, but I would if possible I would ike to get a little bit fancy in that I would like the text at the top of the page and the logo placed at the bottom (footer).

This is new territory for me so any examples would be greatly appreciate!!!

That Works!

Don't need the Bar Code, but I just removed that part of the code...played around a bit with different things and I think I got what I need!
