user's name when sending email has a different users name
Hi all, I have a bizarre situation with 2 of my users. One of the users is an IT person, when he sends emails to anyone he's name displays some other users name and it is intermitent. I've checked everything pertaining to the two users (ie., active directory, exchange, BES,). I don't know what else to do? Anyone have any suggestions?
We have AD 2003, Exchange 2007, Outlook 2010 and windows 7 machines.

Have you tried removing/deleting the users mail profile and re-creating it?
Check the alias' on both users accounts,.
He, in his preference, might have set his identity as different user(knowingly or unknowingly) or reply to address something else.

Have you tried setting up his profile on a different machine to see if the issue is specific to his outlook profile?

The issue is so random, sometimes it happens when he sends the email from his iPhone, sometimes from Outlook. It doesn't happen all the time. I can't pin point where the problem is coming from.

Figured out the problem.
Try to disconnect and reconnect the mailbox again and check
