Yea, everything I've found related to this error point to that &quot;include inheritable permissions&quot; trick. That does not work for us here. <br />

Just to be clear, there are no mailboxes to move. We are attempting to create new mailboxes in this new Domain. We have no problems on any of the existing domains... just this recently added domain.

We added a new Domain to an existing Forest and Exchange Organization. I re-ran setup /prepareschema and /prepareAD from the Exchange CD. But when we attempt to create a new mailbox in the new Domain, we get the &quot;problem 4003, The user has insufficient access rights&quot; error.<br />

Is there something else I need to do or run in order to properly assign Exchange permissions to this new Domain?<br />

We added a new Domain to an existing Forest and Exchange Organization. I re-ran setup /prepareschema and /prepareAD from the Exchange CD. But when we attempt to create a new mailbox in the new Domain, we get the "problem 4003, The user has insufficient access rights" error.

Is there something else I need to do or run in order to properly assign Exchange permissions to this new Domain?
