I need a like statement in the below but not sure how to do this.
="[EndUserID]=" & [txtEndUserID]

I have tried
="[EndUserID]=" * & [txtEndUserID] & *
but that is not it

Please see below.  
It is in a macro.

or

you may need to change this
   [txtEndUserID]

with


Forms!NameOfForm![txtEndUserID]
