My attached column is bombing out because of the session in the navigate tag.

If I hard code it, works fine.

I know I'm missing something simple here.
<telerik:GridHyperLinkColumn DataTextFormatString="Search CRM"
                        DataNavigateUrlFields="sourceNumber" UniqueName="sourceNumber" DataNavigateUrlFormatString="http://inboundcalls/default.aspx?ph={0}&u=<%=Session("userName")%>"
                        HeaderText="Search CRM" DataTextField="sourceNumber">

    Try this:

    ='<%# Session("userName") %>'

    Pretty sure you want the databinding expression.

    If not try

    ='http://inboundcalls/default.aspx?ph={0}&u=<%= Session("userName")% >'
