GPO's auto running a .reg file

Hi is there any way I can get a .reg file to auto install on all users Pc’s via GPO.
I use encryption software called PKsecurezip and it uses Policy files in the form of .reg and I need to make a change tonight to the policy and don’t really have the time to visit every Pc to log on as administrator and enter the policy.reg file.
The users don’t have admin rights so I would need the policy.reg file to run as administrator.
Can this be done?
Thank you in advance for any help

It very much depends on what hive of the registry you want those keys in.
