Manage FireFox Using Group policy OR Visual Basic Script

I need to configure the Fircox Home Page ( and other Settings) either by using Group Policy or Visual Basic Script.
I know there is some Addons or somthing like this but i need the details for this or for using VB Scripts

FrontMotion FireFox - this should work for you with Group Policy.

Natively there are no settings to manage firefox with a GPO.  You can try the community built firefox ADM file

http://sourceforge.net/projects/firefoxadm/

Haven't tested for the home page so I can't say 100% for that setting.
