Exchange 2010 sp1 - Opt out of Email distribution lists

Our marketing dept. wants to send an” all staff” newsletter on a regular basis.

However they want people to have the option to “opt out” of the newsletter.

Is there a way to manage this through distribution lists in Exchange 2010 sp1, where by when someone clicks "opt out" they automatically get removed from the dist. list?

Thanks you all for your help
