Advise on increasing Paging File on SBS 2008

I need to increase the Paging File on our SBS 2008 which has 8GB RAM

It is currently set to automatically manage.

Can you confirm that when I set the custom size.. do I set the "initial size" value to the amount which is currently allocated?

Can you confirm if the attached image is correct?

It is recommended to set the same amount as you physical memory (8 GB).

That particular server is running a lot of processes and I have been asked to increase the paging file to 2 x the physical memory

But if you take a look at the screen dump the recommended size is 12285MB.

I am having difficulty with the backup and I have been told to increase the paging file by the software company.

What do you recommend? And is my screen dump correct? ie inital size?
