How to place html tags around text in netbeans?

Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to highlight a line of text and perform a shortcut in Netbeans that will have it automatically place an opening and closing tag around the selected text instead of my having to open the tag then go to the end of the line then
closing the tag.

For example:

From:      Helloworldmytext
To:          <h1>Helloworldmytext</h1>

using a shortcut key.

Thank You.

this is similar and pretty recent question, but there is no answer:
http://netbeans-org.1045718.n5.nabble.com/I-want-to-create-shortcuts-to-insert-html-tags-quickly-around-selection-td4548181.html
so maybe it does not exist
