Exchange 2010 download mail from Pop3 connector

I have a client who was running a 2003 SBS server. It died today and they are replacing it with a new server with Exchange 2010. I have a little experience with Exchange 2010 but this client was downloading their email with a POP3 connector on the old server and that will have to be reset up. I know how to do this in 2003 but not 2010. Can anyone tell me how?

You have this under the SBS topic area so I assume you have SBS 2011?
If so the process is pretty much the same.
Complete the set up of your SBS, run the connect to the Internet and set up your internet address wizards to configure exchange and then under the SBS console | network | connectivity | select the POP connector option and add users and mailboxes. The latter is almost identical to 2003.
