Thanks for moving to the correct zone, I was not sure where to go. As I stated I'm new to infoview how would I go about setting it up. I need to run the reports at say 5am and then have them shoot the data to an excel file and save it? &nbsp;Can this be done infoview and if so please guide me through the steps...<br />

I haven't done it and don't have an InfoView readily available.<br />

I worked a project recently (about a month ago) where I built WebI reports. &nbsp;The interface was through InfoView and on the main InfoView screen when seeing a list of reports one of the options was SCHEDULE<br />

Since i was building reports, I never clicked that<br />

I would like to know how I could automate report data to be exported to excel file from web intelligence. Right now I have to click on the report to run it and then when the report opens I have to select save as to this computer option, then I can get to the file in excel and I have to go up and click on save. &nbsp;I'm looking to automate this but I new to BOX!...Thanks for any help.<br />
