You need to configure the default gateway for the scanner then.<br />

On your PC (hopefully it is on the same network that the scanner is on), run &quot;ipconfig /all&quot; from a DOS command prompt and get the IP (v4) address of the &quot;default gateway&quot;. &nbsp;Try that on the scanner and see if it works.<br />

The other option is to get that address from one of the other scanners.<br />

You should have the same gateway if your network is small, but if it is a huge network, then there could be multiple gateways (this is rare) - in that case, contact your network administrator.<br />
