my digital scanner in my office

I have a problem with my digital scanner in my office when I try to scan the digital is giving me a error about the gateway but with other people enter their email address it does not give then this error the type of digital scanner is HP 9250C if I go in to a different office and use a different digital scanner it will work

You need to configure the default gateway for the scanner then.

On your PC (hopefully it is on the same network that the scanner is on), run "ipconfig /all" from a DOS command prompt and get the IP (v4) address of the "default gateway".  Try that on the scanner and see if it works.

The other option is to get that address from one of the other scanners.

You should have the same gateway if your network is small, but if it is a huge network, then there could be multiple gateways (this is rare) - in that case, contact your network administrator.

I think I solve the problem my email address was somehow remove from the local address book in the digital sender
