I can add <FieldRef ID="{23f27201-bee3-471e-b2e7-b64fd8b7ca38}" Name="TaxKeyword"/> but this will not work. If I understand correctly I need this and a note field for actual keywords. Is it possible to add this field as a FieldRef? I would like to avoid api.

Thanks. So ... basically there is no declarative way to do this? What a pity!
