Intermitant mobo- will manufacturer help? what do you suggest?

hi 4 months ago, i built a new server 2008 foundation edition.
it has a gigabit  GA - Z68MA-D2H-B3.......wworks ok but every now and then  Blue screen of death..

sswapped exerything twice... i it is the board...

anyhow reinstall os from scratch.. and this one has been stable since june.   Just started again.   no preiphreals. just memory and procesor and swapped it... no change...

will the mother board manu ship with a credit card and then i return...
how is gigabytes to the trade...

secondly,

should i need to spend and more and buy a ASuS......... whats your thought..

From your description of the problem, I would not conclude that the MB is at fault yet.

Gigabyte does not offer that service. You should contact the place of purchase.

would you consider any occurence of the BSD   acceptable....?
That depends on the frequency of the BSOD. Once a year? Absolutely, you pretty much have to expect it. If it happens daily, certainly not.

i will proceed with updating all drivers including the bios revision...
