Hi Experts,

I need to ask you a question.

Is it possible via CR Server 2008 to pass the current CMC/Info VIew (logged in) user as a parameter to a report?

Any special requirements/settings needed?

We want to filter report content based on current user.

    Accepted Solution

Crystal has a function that returns that value
    CurrentCEUserID and CurrentCEUserName

You cn just filter using one of those

That is my understanding and what it says in the help on the function.  It is the logged in user to BOE or now CRS.
I don't run reports that way so I won't swear to it.
