Move or Copy from Excel 2007 file to Excel 2003 file
Greetings Experts,
I am using Excel 2007. When I am coping a sheet from an opened .xlsx file to an opened .xls file (which was created with Excel 2003 and opens in compatibility mode) I receive the below error:
"Excel cannot insert the sheet into the destination workbook, because it
contains fewer rows and columns than the source workbook."
Saving the old .xls file as .xlsx files solves the problem.
But do you have any idea how to use “Move or Copy” option between xslx and xls files?
