ill show settings too... screen shots of the rule and web listener

i did some searching and some people say that it can be becuase tmg has iis running it did so i stopped its default website and no luck

anyone have any ideas why these publishers are getting ignored?

also port 80 is forwarded to the external int of the TMG server

IIS should not even be installed on the TMG, let alone be a running service. The traffic is being published to the localhost, not an internal web server.

You need to go back to the basics and evaluate what you want to achieve as that setup is horrible.

No - IIS would have had to be installed by someone selecting the role for installation. Anyway, glad it was an easy fix :)
