Brand new Dell T310 Server with brand new install of Windows Server 2008 R2 with SP1
I added the Windows Backup Feature, connected an external USB drive
Setup the scheduled backup and it formatted the drive
Ran the backup for the first time
Here is the error:

The backup operation that started at '¿2011¿-¿10¿-¿20T11:35:03.618023400Z' has failed with following error code '2155348256' (Windows Backup failed to set security on the files and folders under '<backup location>\WindowsImageBackup\<Computer Name>'. Check that SYSTEM has permissions to overwrite the previous backup.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.

Try to take ownership of the drive you connected and formatted.
