If you have Exchange 2007 and the user has Mac OS X 10.6 or newer, the user should deep six Entourage and use the built-in Mac applications, Mail, iCal and Address book, all of which sync very nicely with Exchange.

You can find out what system the user has by pulling down the Apple Menu to About this Mac.
