Emails with large attachments not received and external sender not getting bounce back Exchange 2003
Hi Experts
I have a client that regularly receives emails with large attachments, the problem is though he’s exchange server limits incoming emails to 20mb, so if someone sends an email larger than 20mb the email doesn’t get through. The issue is when this happens the sender doesn’t receive a bounce back and so assumes the email has been delivered. Is this normal exchange behaviour or is this an issue with the exchange server not sending out bounce backs?

would it be possible to setup exchange to reply if it rejects an email because of size?
