Any solutions to why my mouse scrolling is not working properly? Worse on Chrome but also on Firefox. Sometimes when I scroll in one direction it goes in the opposite and jumps all around. Especially on pages with a lot of links.

Is this problem isolated to just web browsing or are you experiencing it elsewhere?

Also, have you tried another mouse to confirm it is not a hardware issue?
