Hi Experts,

Microsoft SQL 2000 SP4 is installed on a Windows 2003 Server and by using an IBM InfoSphere software we are trying to connect to the SQL database by using localhost ( and default port 1433. Unfortunately we getting the following error:

IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture cannot run as a target due to the following configuration error: .
Failed to initialize SQL-DMO.
Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (Connect()).
