Whenever i restart the PC the mapped network drive disappears. Could someone please get me a quick solution to fix the issue.
I have already checked the option "Reconnect at Login", but still i need to manually map the drive every time. Please Help!!

It could be done by a script on a GPO.

YOu can always add a bat file to startup

Create a text file
Type in
Net Use (Driveletter) (Path to share) /YES

Ex Net Use m \\server\share /YES

Save that as a .bat and then move to your startups.
What I mean is it could be wiped away by another script.

You don't say whether the machine is domain connected.

If on a domain, use a script in the server in C:\windows\sysvol\sysvol . Look for the login scripts, put scripts there and then use Active Directory for the users to use the script. This works and do not use persistence.

If off a domain, then I believe it best not to "reconnect at login" (persistence = Yes), but rather have an script to login each day (as per prior post) and have a shutdown script delete the mappings at logoff or shutdown.  Why? Inevitable persistent drives get messed up over time and the method I propose and use is more reliable over time.
