Enable Cache Mode on all Office 2003 clients - via group policy

I need to enable Cache Mode on all Outlook 2003 clients via Group Policy. I have added the outlk11.adm template and drilled down to Cached Exchange Mode, and enabled "Cach Exchange Mode", but it still does not enable the Outlook clients cache mode?

Any suggestions?

There are multiple settings. I think the one you chose only enables the ability to *choose* cached mode. Check this method and see if it matches your options:

1. Navigate through the Group Policy Editor to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Microsoft Office -> Outlook 2003 -> Tools -> E-Mail Accounts -> Cached Exchange Mode.
When you select the Cached Exchange Mode container, the console's Details pane will display about a dozen group policy objects related to cached mode.
2. To require users to use cached mode, double click the Cached Exchange Mode (File -> Cached Exchange Mode) option and select Enable.
