Exchange 2010 Spam problem

I have the standard edition of Exchange 2010, newly deployed. I am getting a lot of spam now and have deployed the anti spam tool. It has reduced some of the spam but now I find I am also getting emails from outside the organization that appear to be from our own domain.
What I would like to do is block those, as an example, if my domain is mydomain.com and an email comes in from a foriegn source, it should be rejected.
I have an email that says its from email@example.com delivered to an internal user which should of been blocked.
I hope this explains it, as the topic was a little confusing.
On a side note I hear of forefront but have never deployed it, is this included with exchange 2010 for download or seperate purchase?
