Updating Asistant field in Outlook/Exchange 2010

We are getting requests to update Assistant fiield in Outlook/Exchange 2010, I can see the field but cannot find it in either AD or Exchange.
Using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010.

There is no GUI option for msExchAssistantName attribute.  So to modify it you need to use ADSIedit.
Open Adsiedit
 -> Expand Domain configuration
 -> Expand DC=abc,DC=con
 -> CN=your ou name where that user resides
 -> Properties of the user (cn=abc)
 -> look for MsexchAssistantName ->
 -> Type in value that you wish ->
Then check whether the same has been reflected or not.
