I have CQWP with custom xsl; is it possible to customize (xsl?) to allow users to edit & update text fetched by CQWP?

    Accepted Solution

No it is not. The content is retrieved and displayed by CQWP but cannot be changed via it.

I've heard this question a few times from clients as it happens, you're not the first to wonder about this. However I'll say it again - not possible. There is no way back to the data aggregated by the webpart.
