2.5 data drive with Mac OS installed
Using external enclosure
Computer can tell that there is a drive but can not read or repair

    If you're comfortable, try to dis-assembly the enclosure and get to the hard drive and use a USB hard drive reader cable to see if you can read the hard drive.  The enclosure board may have failed.

    I tried all of these on windows

    Paragon HFS+ for Windows
    catacombae HFSExplorer

    i even used disk utility on mac

    I tried two different hard drive enclosures

    Can you attach it directly to a pc desktop using the SATA or IDE connector?  If so, then the utilities might work.
