Ok, the best way to do this is to break it into 3 subnets.
One will have 126 useable addresses, the other two will have 62 useale addresses each. if you want a subnet of 'approx 50' (btw, it pays to be a bit more specific) then you can't just use 'all the remaining ip'. you can have one of 128 and two of 64.
anyways, your subnet masks are going to be 255.255.255.128 and 255.255.255.192 (/25 and /26 in cidr)

'the rest' pt 1
1
subnet address: 172.16.80.0
netmask 255.255.255.128
1st address 172.16.80.1
last address 172.16.80.126
max hosts 126
Broadcast address: 172.16.80.127
cidr /25

'approx 50 host' network
2
subnet address: 172.16.80.128
netmask 255.255.255.192
1st address 172.16.80.129
last address 172.16.80.191
max hosts 62
Broadcast address: 172.16.80.191
cidr /26

'the rest pt 2'
3
subnet address: 172.16.80.192
netmask 255.255.255.192
1st address 172.16.80.193
last address 172.16.80.254
max hosts 62
Broadcast address: 172.16.80.255
cidr /26
