OWA fails on Exchange 2010 after logging in

When users enter login credentials and click login on OWA on Exhcnage 2010, the page fails.
See image below.

 owa error
There are no events logged in the event viewer when this happens.
It also fails when trying direct on the Exchange server.

Nothing has changed recently.

Is all exchange services is up and running?
Did you restart the IIS on the server?
