Freeware Managed Anti-Virus solution.

Hello and thank you for taking the time out to read my question.
Your response is much appreciated.

I have a network at home. More to serve as a learning/testing ground.
2011 sbs essentials and a few Win7, one Vista, one XP machine running a top of VMware ESXi 4.1.

At work we typically use Vipre as a solution for Anti-Virus. Does a great job.

I'm not willing to spend the money for to get Vipre on my personal network.

Does anyone know of any half descent/ good free managed (server/client) antivirus solution such as Vipre? Whereas there is one central console to managed all the deployed agents?

Many thanks in advance....

No such thing I've ever heard of.

Servers are expected (by most people including the antivirus companies) to be run in businesses.  Businesses make money.  They want their cut.

You may be able to run Microsoft Security Essentials, but other than that, few if any run on servers.  (and even MSE isn't supported on servers, but I think I've heard it works).

VIPRE is cheap.  If you want MANAGED, then buy VIPRE.  If you just want to be protected, use MSE.

You can use Microsoft Security Essentials (http://migeel.sk/blog/2009/10/17/security-essentials-on-windows-server/). Is good up to 10 coputers.
