How to implement Terminal servers with licensing server?

This is a new implementation. My management wants to have a pool of 4 Terminal servers, with of course a licensing server. They already purchase total TS Cal licenses of 110. They want to put this 110 licenses in the pool, so as either 1 of the TS can use it with concurrent user connections less than 110. On top of this, we also need the load-balancing among 4 TS.

This is using windows 2008

Thanks in advance.

    Hi araberuni,

The URLs provided are meant for Windows 2008. How about 2008 r2 server?
